Dr. Karen Stufflebeam is a licensed psychologist (LP) and health service provider (HSP) in Massachusetts and New York. She offers evidence-based treatment to individuals seeking meaningful change in their lives. Dr. Stufflebeam specializes in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship challenges, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, and personality disorders. Her goal-oriented approach focuses on symptom relief, strengthening relationships, and expanding clients’ coping skills.

Dr. Stufflebeam’s clinical style is often described as genuine, thoughtful, and grounded, while creating a warm and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. She integrates her professional expertise with her clients’ strengths to help them move toward their personal goals and lasting change.

Her treatment approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She also incorporates Psychoanalytic Therapy to explore the deeper roots of symptoms and examine how past experiences shape present patterns.
